Einfach mal runter kommen ...
Runterkommen ... ist so wichtig. Wenn du im Stress trainierst und unter Druck machst du mehr kaputt als es dir hilft. Das ist zumindest meine Meinung. Verspannte Muskeln und Faszien tun nicht nur weh, wenn man sie falsch oder zu stark belastet, dann hat man schnell richtig Probleme. Bei meinem Shooting haben wir alles richtig gemacht - obwohl das Model sicher trotzdem am nächsten Tag Muskelkater hatte. Ich bin morgen wieder beim Training, nachdem ich mich übers Wochenende zum ersten Mal in diesem Jahr ausruhen konnte.
Coming down ... is so important. When you train in stress and under pressure, you break more than it helps you. At least that is my opinion. Tense muscles and fascia do not only hurt, if you put them wrongly or too much, then you quickly have real problems. At our shoot, we did everything right - although the model certainly had sore muscles the next day. I'll be training again tomorrow, having spent the weekend resting for the first time this year.
