Just one light What a photographer really needs: A white and a colored, fluffy feather For this shot of Sandy, I used a single flash. The flash was inside a white acrylic glass sphere, which is actually intended as a wide-angle reflector. I placed the sphere directly behind the model on the floor and pointed it at a white wall. This created a halo of light around the model. To enhance the dreamy effect, I positioned a white and a colored, fluffy feather directly in front of the lens (150 mm Sigma Marco). This created the soft focus and the colored edge directly in the camera during the shot.

Was ein Fotograf wirklich braucht: Eine weiße und eine farbige, flauschige Feder. Für diese Aufnahme von Sandy verwendete ich einen einzelnen Blitz. Der Blitz befand sich in einer weißen Acrylglaskugel, die eigentlich als Weitwinkelreflektor gedacht ist. Ich platzierte die Kugel direkt hinter dem Model auf dem Boden und richtete sie auf eine weiße Wand. Dadurch entstand ein Lichtkranz um das Model. Um den verträumten Effekt zu verstärken, positionierte ich eine weiße und eine farbige, flauschige Feder direkt vor dem Objektiv (150 mm Sigma Marco). Dadurch entstanden die Unschärfe und der farbige Rand direkt in der Kamera während der Aufnahme.
